In just a couple
of days, “Postcode 4” will leave A Coruña and O Carballiño behind; there, it
has been exhibited as part of the Outono Fotografico Photo Festival, but now
it’s time for it to come back to Bilbao
Over these last
two months, the images comprising “Postcode 4” have tried to “form part” of the
conversations of those who came to visit the Photo Festival and, maybe, these
images have challenged the interest of the viewers over the processes of
production of reality and fiction that hang over us; or, they just got some
people interest in other realities.
Being that the
case or not, it has only been possible thanks to the Outono Fotografico Photo
Festival: many thanks for selecting “Postocode 4” to be part of one of the best
photo festivals in Spain and
Europe .
In any case, the
journey of “Postcode 4” does not end in Galicia; halfway from January,
“Postcode 4” will be at PhotoArte Komite’s web, hopefully with new materials
that I wish they could contribute to a better experience of the look on an
eternal work in progress which still challenges our perception of the reality,
at the same time that it tries to make visible another realities we still don’t
want to see.

much to Colectivo Komite, not only for let me have their “place”, but for all
their support and guidance so that I can keep on developing those projects that
struggle for “getting away” from the abstract and “arrive” to the concrete.
